I hired a new assistant and absolutely none of his shots were usable

First, he showed up to work NAKED. And he could barely handle the equipment.

He proceeded to get tangled in the camera strap. Seriously.

I swear he was just figuring out the settings as he was going.

He had very little respect for the equipment I loaned him.

And he had this attitude all day long. I need a better assistant.
